Francisco Joseph is a self-taught folk artist. He was born on the caribbean island of Dominica. His dream was to paint pictures that make people happy. About 6 years ago he embarked on this journey that is now called "Windows Tansfigured". He takes old, discarded windows and transforms them with acrylic paints into beautiful master pieces.
